Our Story
At a time in South Africa when hope and action are needed, the Groenkloof Foundation is honoured to champion the cause of the elderly. Built on Christian values with an ethos of “live and let live,” this truly South African Trust serves as a welfare organisation – first within the Groenkloof Retirement Estates along the Garden Route, and eventually across communities throughout Southern Africa.
The Groenkloof Foundation is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and is managed by a Board of Trustees. We operate transparently and accountably in line with the Income Tax Act and the Older Persons Act to advocate for the elderly, develop best practices, and share our insights responsibly and with intention.
